Our Story
At The Broadview Diner, we’re serving more than just food—we’re serving nostalgia.
Located at 757 Broadview Avenue, right where Broadview meets Danforth, our diner is a love letter to the 1950s and to Toronto’s timeless diner culture. Inspired by our parent location, The Donlands Diner—a neighborhood favorite that’s been flipping pancakes and frying bacon since the 1950s—we proudly carry forward a tradition of hearty comfort food and welcoming vibes.
When we opened The Broadview Diner, we set out to create a space that felt both familiar and fresh. From our freshly ground burgers to our rich, bottomless coffee brewed from fresh beans, we believe in doing things the right way—with care, quality ingredients, and that old-school attention to detail.
Think all-day breakfast, thick milkshakes, crisp fries, and home-style meals served in a setting full of retro charm. Whether you’re grabbing a quick cup at the counter or settling in for a full meal with friends, we’re here to bring you diner classics, warm service, and a little slice of the past.
And yes—our freshly ground, bottomless coffee is always hot and ready.
